Abundant Hope Counseling Services specializes in providing in-home, school based, office and community based therapy services to children, adults, and families. We also provide Targeted Case Management to children and adults to help them obtain resources in the community, and add additional support towards achieving personal treatment goals.

Outpatient therapy

Are you looking to make a change in your life? Do you feel that you may need the help and support of someone to help you achieve personal growth? Are you or your child dealing with problems or conflicts that are disrupting daily functioning? Is your child struggling with defiant behaviors, or difficulty following the rules of the home? If so, outpatient therapy may be just what you are looking for. Abundant Hope provides both in-home therapy and office based therapy for both children and adults to help meet your personal needs.

School based therapy

Does your child struggle with disruptive behaviors in the classroom that are affecting his/her academic success? Do you receive frequent contact from the school in regards to your child’s behavior in the classroom? If so, Abundant Hope can assist with improving school behavior. With our school based program a therapist can directly work with your child during the school day, to assist in identifying barriers to your child’s success, and how to improve their school performance. Therapists are also able to easily communicate with teachers and school staff about client’s behaviors to better assist in creating a team approach.

TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT

Abundant Hope also provides case management services for those who qualify. Case managers assist client in assessing needed services, and monitoring progress by making referrals, tracking appointments, performing follow-up on services rendered, and performing periodic reassessments of client’s changing needs. Case managers also perform advocacy activities on behalf of the client.
